- Prep your popcorn. Ditch the unpopped kernels unless you enjoy dental surprises. Toss it in a giant bowl.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir constantly. They’ll melt in 3–4 minutes.
- Turn off heat and mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Your kitchen will smell amazing.
- Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn. Gently fold to combine. Add sprinkles and mix until evenly coated.
- Press into a greased pan. Top with more sprinkles. Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
To customize, swap sprinkles with crushed cookies, cocoa powder, or edible glitter. For vegan options, use dairy-free butter and vegan marshmallows. You can also drizzle with chocolate or add a dash of almond extract for a birthday cake vibe.
