- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground turkey and break it up with a spatula. Cook for 5–6 minutes until browned.
- Add the diced bell pepper and cauliflower rice. Stir and sauté for another 4–5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, cover skillet for 1–2 minutes until melted. Serve warm.
